When will my DVD Slide show be created? |
DvGift.com requires that all orders must be paid for in full before we ship all DVD Slideshows; due to the amount of time and labor it takes to create the DVD slideshow. |
| How do I send my pictures to you? |
If you do not have a scanner or any other method of having your photos scanned, we will be happy to scan your photographs, 35mm slides and/or negatives for just $.50 for each, which includes some minor digital photo restoration, or you can mail or email the photos to us at a special email you will receive after payment. We accept photos in the following formats (.jpg .gif and .bmp). Sending us your photos in a digital format is easier and will speed up the process in creating your DVD Slideshow. All photos must be scanned at a minimum of 300dpi to get the best quality photo for your slideshow. |

Can I add video to my DVD slideshow? |
All Platinum Packages have the option to have video added to their Slideshow. Platinum Packages can have up to 6 video clips each but can be no longer than 5 minutes long for each clip.
We accept video in the formats below.

Can I add captions to my DVD slideshow? |
Captions can be added to the following packages.

Where do you get the background music? |

You can send us the original CD (no CDR's) containing the music you want on the DVD Slideshow or we get our music from Itunes or another reputable music company, Free at no charge to you. We buy each piece of music for each DVD copy we create so if you wanted (10 copies we buy 10 pieces of the same music). Any music that is purchased and placed into the slideshow will be deleted after the slideshow is created.

We have some music you can use, if you want to use it commercially or or for your self.

When will all the original materials be returned to me? |
All the original materials will be returned when the DVD slideshow is completed. The original materials will shipped out with the DVD slideshow to keep all your precious memories together. |
Do you keep any Photos for later use. |
We respect your privacy. We do not keep any photos after the slideshow is completed and shipped out. |

How long will it take to create my slideshow? |

Platinum packages take between 10 to 15 business days to create, due to the complex features (transitions, Custom DVD menu, video, captions ect.) |
